Welcome to 2nd Exeter Scouts.

Beavers are the youngest of the Scouting Family aged between 6 and 8 years. 2nd Exeter Beavers have two Beaver Colonies which meet on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Beavers take part in a varied programme of activities, including craft, games and activities to earn the Beaver badges. The older 2nd Exeter Beavers have the opportunity to attend a Beaver Sleepover in the Scout Hut.

Cubs are aged 8 to 10 1/2 and 2nd Exeter Cubs meet on Mondays and Tuesdays, we run the same programme on both nights and have regular joint meetings. We run a varied programme across the different programme zones, with a mix between indoor and outdoor activities including camping. 2nd Exeter Cubs are encouraged to take part in District and County activities to give them a access to a wider variety of activities.

The Scouts are the oldest members of the Group aged between 10 1/2 and 14. The 2nd Exeter Scout Troop meets on Wednesdays and bases it's programme on the six programme zones. There is a regular summer camp, and a mix of indoor and outdoor activities to develop leadership skills and team building.
